I wanted to ask which book did @anon13059885 suggested which helped you in getting free from this addiction.
And some tips to your brother I am tired of falling again and again every week. There should be some way out.

And another reason for not using the forum is, it constantly reminds me which day Iam on.
It’s futile to think about days when you are already free from this poisonous addiction. I don’t consider days now, Iam free. Porn is poison, it is gone from my life. When I think about it, all I see I disgust, pain, rape, poison and prison till the end of one’s life.
There is nothing in it to crave for. Pmo is nothing, it is a poison.

Me too, I locked my rewire app in my mobile phone so that I can’t see on which day I am in.
If I see 7 or more days I become Overconfident because still on 7 day energy level is high and end up losing.
And thanks brother for reminding me to change the mindset, Unless and until I do not start to Hate porn I will never have win over it. That was the main problem. Will surely read the book.
Will be waiting for the day when I will post that I am Free from this Addiction.
I assure you that day will come.

Man. I totally agree with you about the brainwashing thing and the PMO addiction and that we are not aware of the true nature of the problem.

I need to brainwash myself strongly. It will take time because my whole subsconscious believes that it is not poison rather pleasure. This needs to change with intense brainwashing.

I will be reading the book again.

I see quality posts by you. I had been free in the past with PMO for 1-2 year. Then I didn’t even knew there is such thing called NOfap. I just used to notice whenever I do the PMO I just felt my energy level went down. I decided to not do it.

Then this shit came back because I got distracted from my goal. Going to read the books you have suggested. You are going to the root of the problem. That’s a good approach.

I relapsed guys.

But I don’t consider this as a big issue. Its just a minor set back. All the improvements, growth and knowledge I earned are still there. Even though my energy got reduced a bit Iam very positive that I’ll become the God of my life.
I want to be very positive and grow this time.

Lets start 2020 with a positive 20 days in our pockets + a lot of growth and positivity.

Who all are with me to conquer December, next year and to take extreme ownership of our lives???

Who all have to courage to do that, finally??

90% of pmo addiction is all about brainwashing. If You can take that off your mind, you are already free.
The dopamine addiction of pmo is easy to conquer. The brainwashing is what causes death!

I believe in a “cure” too. Or maybe it’s how I function. For example, before I started, I’d have to block all exposure to P, otherwise I’d M. Now I’m at day 44 and my cellphone and my PC internet are unlocked because I’m preparing for a trip this weekend.

I’m not even considering visiting P sites, BUT I do have to be careful about other dopamine sinks. Let’s do it.

I have had enough guys. I won’t be talking much this time. This battle is all about actions. Real, concrete actions + positive thoughts. Iam going to make it.
I don’t really care about pmo addiction. All I care about is getting my shit together and succeeding in life.

pmo is something that we use to hide the pain inside.

If there is positivity, growth and happiness is there inside us, why should we pmo??

@Tagore sorry to read about your relapse man. But either way, like I’ve said, it’s just a sign that there’s brainwashing left. Read the book again and think about your current situation, identify the mistaken beliefs. Which one is it?

  • Do you think that the PMO session was enjoyable?
  • Do you think that you are missing out on some “special” sexual experience?
  • Do you think that you can’t quit PMO forever or rather said, do you not genuinely think that your last relapse was your very last one?

There are more important questions in the book as you know. Read again and unmask those beliefs. You’ve got this already.
