2021: TAGORE'S YEAR OF RESURRECTION ( 20 m )

18 Dec

Just checking in.

7 Days of freedom.

Exam stress going on. Routine is all fucked. Got some urges too, today afternoon. I took my phone and lied down on my bed, then suddenly something clicked and I locked the phone
Damn man, the mediocre part in our brain is trying to pull us down always.

But, today I listened to greatness part of my brain.

Iam born to win. Iam born for greatness!

Work: 8 hours (@_TIGER how was the day strong brother?)

Tagore I would suggest you not to become too much obsessive about the schedule. Such obsessions generally lead to despair in the end. You need to understand that when we undertake this journey of nofap there are changes in the body as well in the mind. Initially the negative changes usually occur which are generally know as flatline symptoms. Slowly and slowly and with continued daily discipline of yoga and meditation the energies start getting aligned and what you are trying to accomplish through a diary here just becomes so natural and easy to achieve without any reminders and beating oneself up in the process. In no way I am questioning your method, just a friendly advice. Please give it a thought and take things easy. When one is established in nofap all that we do and try to achieve is just a by product of stored sexual energy. Since when do we need to become obsessive about the by-product. It will be counter productive to the core practice. I hope I am able to put across a genuine point. No offence.

Thanks for the kind words Brother @Neo9594
I believe that being disciplined is very important at any point in our life whether we are doing nofap or not.
Iam currently using the forum only to make daily check-ins here bro. I believe, this is the right way to go with it.

Focusing less on nofap and more on self improvement.

Happy new year bro. A great year just passed and the best year in which we are about to become our greatest self is here.
All the best :v::v:

An Excerpt from Nietzsche’s Conversation with Dr. Breuir about Sex

Brieur: I suspect that you find sex disagreeable.

Nietzsche: I do not object to sex. What I hate is the man who begs for it. He surrenders himself to some crafty women who turns his lust into her strings

Breuir: lust is part of life.

Nietzsche: and nothing must interfere with the development of the hero which is inside you.
And if lust stands in the way, lust must be overcome.

A beautiful new year has born!
All of the people in here are going to succeed.
I can give the secret for conquering pmo addiction. Maybe you might have heard this before but trust me this is the only way brothers.
Don’t think about pmo. Don’t think about urges, don’t write in your diary things like: “oh shit, pmo is very hard”
“Urges are killing me”
Damn that! Pmo is nothing. It is nothing in our life.
Focus 100% on your purpose bro. Lighten up those neural pathways which are connected to your purpose. If you think ‘iam stopping pmo’ and ‘i hate it’ it will appear again in your life.
And even if your relapse don’t say things like “Iam a fucking pussy”, “I can’t conquer this” etc.
Say positive things. It is all part of the process!

More power to all our great companions

Bro agrees with you. Read the EasyPeasy book to almost 120 pages. Lots of great advice from the psychological point of view. Especially if we keep reminding ourselves how many days are left, how much day has completed we create a fear, the pressure inside which may grow bigger and our will power may get weak depending on how stressful our day is. I believe I have to read it again once more to understand it fully. Simply knowing in the mind we don’t need PMO is enough.

Yes bro @anon65589122 easypeasy is a great book. But even keeping the ideas of that book In our mind can also be detrimental.
Start living your life. Even if we are thinking negatively about porn it will still awaken the neural pathways of pleasure attached with it.
Stop thinking about it altogether. Start living. Porn is the greatest poison in the world. Even if you are in a very grave situation in which you can’t do nothing but relapse you shouldn’t use porn. Just fap without fantasizing. As a result we can sustain most of the improvements we have made till now.
Currently Iam doing this. I have two counters. 1 is for porn free days and 1 for just mo.
This is helping me a lot. If you are like me and relapses a lot then you should also consider this idea.
There are a lot of ways to conquer this addiction bro.

As we are all unique in our character we are also unique in our ways of conquering this addiction.

But the problem with the forum is everyone is doing it the same way.
Everyone is trying day and night to reach 1000 days!
And only 1-2% among us are only achieving that.
If you read YBOP site they only asks us to follow 2 steps to get over this addiction.
1) Give up all artificial stimulation.
2) Do what works for you.

These two are the most powerful advices I’ve ever read about pmo Addiction. These are written by the leader of the Pioneer nofap forum yourbrainrebalanced. Read it carefully bro @anon65589122. :+1:
If you have time also go through YBOP. It’ll give you great perspective. We’ll Succeed brother :muscle:
