After reading Goggins, and hundreds of these self improvement books I have reached a conclusion- I call this:

THE DISCOMFORT HYPOTHESIS

ie.

"To grow we have to delay gratification or make uncomfortable choices on a daily basis. But since our brain is wired to make us comfortable and also we live in a time when comfort in delivered to us even when we don’t need it, through Google, social media, youtube, porn etc, 90-95% of men among us who doesn’t have a strong sense or purpose and meaning in their life will give up and go the comfortable way. If you can shift your direction and go the opposite way then you"ll become your best version, or more precisely, you’ll become successful"

Everyday Iam growing, Iam Improving. But I have to push limits, only through striving through pain and hardwork can one really grow everything else is just illusion!

Sorry @Tagore , I won’t accept the challenge. I feel more productive in the evening hours: in my case it is better to use those hours, when I have great amounts of attention and energy, to work and study. Anyway, you’re doing great! Keep pushing your limits. :facepunch:
