Am back after almost 1 week break. Will start maintaining my Diary from today or tomorrow onwards. I relapsed only once in last 6 days which is quiet good but I want complete stoppage of masturbation. 50 days left in New Year and I wanna gift myself this 50 days of streak on new year. Iโll put my best efforts to it and see what will happen.
Today I also calculated days left in my exam (around 170 days). Now I have to accelerate my preparation (actually start) bcz very less days are left. From today or tomorrow onwards Iโll decrease the usage of RC (try to focus on my Diary and habits list only) bcz constantly looking at forum or counter, my mind continuously reminding me of NoFap and repeated thinking of anything is harmful.
Now I m going to eat Lunch with one of my favorite movie (Godzilla-King of Monsters) and then Iโll study or go to gym.

I m back after 7-8 days break. I was sorting some things out and improving my mental health which was ruined bcz of last Relapse.
I Relapsed only Once in last 7 days. Kind of improvement but I want complete abstain from PMO.
Anyway I m starting again my journey (with some new modifications) and starting from today onwards. I hope this phase will help me and Iโll improve myself to the new extent.
