Why is spicy food bad?

Spicy food in moderation is not bad but if you consume it everyday then it may cause you some digestive issues, increased body heat, difficulty in sleeping, acne and even ulcers.
I avoid Spicy food bcz I have a Sensitive skin and nowadays my hormones are also fluctuating. Sometimes extra spicy or extra sweet food causes me acne that’s why I avoid it.
And the bad part is I m already consuming many sweets nowadays bcz of Diwali. :smiling_face_with_tear:

Have fun brother, don’t forbidden sweets from your life forever. You can eat them at rare occasions such this one, just don’t eat too much that’s all and after the occasion finishes you can start a healthy diet again

Yeah man I m trying the same. I m trying to eat as less as possible but I like sweets too much. Anyway, they are going to end soon and I’ll again come back to track.

October is over now and it was one the Worst Month for me in terms of NoFap. I fapped around 8-9 times in whole month and the bad part is I also fapped on 31st October just before the starting of NNN. :persevere:
Today I’ll not post my daily habits list bcz I m too frustrated and having too much anxiety that’s why I m not doing any of my habits today.
I want to transform myself in terms of NoFap, Studies, etc but I m not supporting myself. :man_facepalming:t2:
Today is November 1st and I want to make this month the best month of my Life. I’ll put everything to make this month best. Also NNN is started and I want to win this bcz I never cleared NNN from past 3 years. This year I’ll change it and make it Clean.
I have 29 Days (today is wasted) in this month for my best efforts and make this month memorable and game changing, So I m going make it worth. :maple_leaf:

I Relapsed last night. Everything was going good. But suddenly between 5-6 am I woke up and that time Urges were on the peak. However before sleeping I put my phone on detox but detox was completed till 5 am so my phone was accessible. I started searching for some porn half consciously and then BOOM I relapsed in half sleep mode. WTF was that, my brain is dumb assh***.
Anyway, from today onwards I’ll put my phone on detox before sleeping to next morning atleast for 5-8 hours. :peace_symbol:

Cool bro. Try to keep 70 - 90 points these days. Earlier you were having 40 - 50 Points. As you can see , Its almost doubled.

Today I m not writing my habits list bcz I relapsed last night and my Relapse hangover took the whole day. :face_with_spiral_eyes:
Some good habits that I did today is No Daydreaming, No Overthinking, NoFap Motivation, etc.
I had some beers :beer: today and tomorrow I’ll also indulge in some alcoholic party bcz of my birthday (my birthday is on 9 Nov. but I m giving party to my frds tomorrow) party. I’ll try to take minimum alcohol as much as I can but that’s not 100% in my hand.
I’ll follow my habits from 9th or 10th November and try to be consistent in it. Till then Bbye :wave:

My stomach is hurting little bit bcz of last night vomiting. Actually I ate very heavy meal (paneer, curd, etc) with alcohol. But now I m done with all formalities of giving parties (maybe) and can enjoy whole day sleeping, watching movies and match, etc bcz today’s my Birthday :birthday:.
Will continue following my habits list from tomorrow onwards. Till then Bbye :wave:
