Remember the road is rough and full of ups and downs. We need to keep going forward no matter what , it’s not the bike/body’s wish to do whatever it wants to do , it’s the fucking rider/mind job to remind who is in charge. Change the mindset , take control and WIN ONCE AND FOR ALL

All it starts with a simple image.or an ugly thought in your mind that u have watched in past.Or the comedy videos which we generally choose to change the mood during urges.
then u think I’ve stepped wrong side.u quit but the thought persists.it takes away your concentration,u lack focus,u can’t do your work.
then u think it’s ok to watch some friendly videos.as they are not harmful.and u start watching them.but generally these have triggering contents ( smiling ladies etc…as now the level of everything is changed even the ads.)
then u think oh it’s nothing harmful to watch porn videos until u don’t fap.and u open a soft site crossing all the checks that u have made for yourself.
then u feel relaxed,but u keep on searching until u get the video u like,or as per your interest.by this time u r happy that u haven’t fapped. and u carry it on.locked door
then u find some movement in your pants.in order to minimise it u take your hands there.
and and and
now u have lost control…u r saying no i won’t do but u can’t stop the hands.u start remembering the promises made by u.but nothing helps. u TRY to endure it but u get rid of it only when u have fapped.
then u cry,call yourself as the worst person,curse yourself.and when this all is over, say nevermind we have ruined our today.
and u start watching more of it and fap a lot.and u think u can never leave this.
THEN AFTER SOME DAYS THE SAME THING HAPPENS AGAIN.
GUYS DID YOU FIND WHERE WE MISTAKE.
it is the fourth paragraph when u start watching the T.V. or soft videos.
instead of it u should try by this time to do what u like most (more than this shit)
u should play football alone, move out of house and not return until u have changed the thought or anything but not this.
