It depicted the problems of beginners.(SINGLES)
Where urges keep coming.and u could not reach even a 10 days streak.
But they need to overcome their urges.
Things are much easier after a bit longer streak.
And when u have reached a higher streak that was unexpected to u .then sometimes u become OVER CONFIDENT and once again enter the same circle.
SO MEDITATION IS A DAILY REQUIREMENT.
