Workout Accountibility

Apologies for I haven’t been very active
Lately I have stopped my workout and running and have taken up yoga specifically Surya namaskar

I practise 12*9 = 108 reps everyday
It takes me around half hour to do so!

I have developed incredible core, shoulder, back, cheat and arm strength in a relatively small time due to it.

I felt I should share this with you all.

Surya namaskar is a moving meditation and a holisitic workout however it should not be used as a workout, rather it has to done as a meditation

There are many precautions one must take while practising it orelse one can’t have the desired benefits and in some cases even cause injuries

To conclude = I do suryanamaskar everyday it won’t be possible for me to post every single day considering I am preparing for my exams on 21st however I shall try to be as active as possible.
