There are motivational videos linked to everyoneโ€™s inspirations name in the Progress board , you can watch those videos whenever you feel low. Donโ€™t give up :fire:

Here are the tasks that are mandatory and you have to do for your overall growth

  1. Embrace the Sun :sunny:
    Get at least 10-15 minutes of sunlight daily (yes, even on cloudy days)!

  2. Walk It Off :man_walking:
    Take a brisk 10-minute walk after every meal to boost your digestion.

  3. Vajrasana Time :man_in_lotus_position:
    Practice Vajrasana for 5 minutes post-meal ,it will help you in digestion.

  4. Workout Commitment :muscle:
    Aim for at least 3 workouts a week! Choose sustainable program that suits you best.

  5. Mindfulness Moment :person_in_lotus_position:
    Meditate for 10 minutes every day to center yourself.

  6. Track Your Journey :open_book:
    Keep a workout log to document your progress. You can share a pic of your workout log from diary or a screenshot of your log!

    Limit junk foodโ€”you get 5 cheat meals over the next 3 months. Choose wisely!

No issues PrDR brother, doing it regularly even for 10 minutes will help , you can count that and tick the vajrasana, slowly it will become a habit .

Sorry bro, I forgot again and all my meals are done. Itโ€™s not something I have ever done so kind of tough for me right now. But Iโ€™ll write it down somewhere and will try to do it from tomorrow. For today, I could not complete those three mandatory tasks. :frowning: Will do better tomorrow.
