Did full body workout for 20 mins.

Here are the tasks that are mandatory and you have to do for your overall growth
Embrace the Sun
Get at least 10-15 minutes of sunlight daily (yes, even on cloudy days)!
Walk It Off
Take a brisk 10-minute walk after every meal to boost your digestion.
Vajrasana Time
Practice Vajrasana for 5 minutes post-meal ,it will help you in digestion.
Workout Commitment
Aim for at least 3 workouts a week! Choose sustainable program that suits you best.
Mindfulness Moment
Meditate for 10 minutes every day to center yourself.
Track Your Journey
Keep a workout log to document your progress. You can share a pic of your workout log from diary or a screenshot of your log!

No issues PrDR brother, doing it regularly even for 10 minutes will help , you can count that and tick the vajrasana, slowly it will become a habit .
Sorry bro, I forgot again and all my meals are done. Itโs not something I have ever done so kind of tough for me right now. But Iโll write it down somewhere and will try to do it from tomorrow. For today, I could not complete those three mandatory tasks. Will do better tomorrow.
