I see a lot of people here weighing 40-45 kgs, which is seriously underweight (assuming you are all of average height and atleast 15yo). But do not get disheartened, I have been there myself and I know someone else who has and has completely changed the world now. Iโll post pics of his transformation here. Workout experience: Elite (7-8 years of training)
Workout plan:
Cardio:
Daily 5 km sprinting with a 10 kg vest
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) twice a week
Long-distance running (10 km) once a week
Weight Training:
Strength training (3 times a week):
Chest and triceps
Back and biceps
Legs and shoulders
Powerlifting (twice a week):
Squats
Deadlifts
Bench press
Functional Training:
Plyometrics (explosive jumps and box jumps)
Agility drills (cone drills, ladder drills)
Core training (planks, Russian twists, leg raises)
Flexibility and Recovery:
Yoga or stretching (twice a week)
Foam rolling and self-myofascial release
Active recovery (light swimming or cycling)
Nutrition Plan:
Balanced diet with protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats

P.S. Itโs been a year since I last engaged in such intense workouts, as I was preoccupied with my CA finals. However, this winter, Iโm committing to restart my rigorous training regimen - no more excuses!
