Bhai donโ€™t worry about these weight fluctuations. If you want to actually track your progress, you need to measure weight in the morning after freshening up and before breakfast, because during day we eat food it takes time for it to digest, after waking up the food gets digested properly and you can measure it. And measure at the same time everyday.

In my opinion , weight loss isnโ€™t the goal - fat loss is. U need muscle, not fat. So you should focus more on fat percentage.

Focus on less calories intake, high calorie burn and a protein rich diet with low carbs. Reduce your calorie intake by 20% initially from your normal intake. @The_Rising_One

Bruh I ran for 2 hours 2 days ago and even my arms hurt (and still do) which is really weird and had red feet :skull:
I still donโ€™t get how abs and back and arms are involved in me just moving my legs.
At school, I ran 20 minutes in a row and was really happy and tired but then the teacher told me that was the warm up :skull_and_crossbones:
Is there something wrong with our teacher or is it just me who is weakโ€ฆ Whatever it is, I must get used to it. But the problem is that I spend most day at school. Gym opens at 7 but school opens at 8. I return at 7 but I have piano, homework, exams, etcโ€ฆ All I have is the weekends so Iโ€™ll start updating how much I ran twice each week.

I will start this afternoon. If Iโ€™m able to run that is

Man, 2 hours is a lot for a normal person, especially if you are running without breaks, its tough for even junior level athletes. Running involves all your muscles, its one of the full body exercises. Reason why your arms hurt are because we usually move our arms to counter the force of air in order to make running easier. It is normal for people to have their elbows bent at nearly right angles while running. Now the problem is when you keep it in that position for extended periods of time, like 2 hours, the circulation in that area is impacted, leading to muscle fatigue, sort of like jamming the arm muscles causing pain. As for core its pretty obvious that after your legs, the muscles which are most impacted during a run is your core .

As for your coach, Iโ€™m uncertain if he wants to make you an athlete, but yes its true that a light to moderately paced run of 10-20 mins is used as warm up by many gym goers and all kind of athletes. But it is not easy and you are not weak at all. Keep working bro, keep shining.

Thank you for the replies. The thing is I have a good muscle mass in general as long as I am consistent at Gym.

Had fever these days so didnโ€™t go to gym for a week.

Also I am not overly stressed about weight loss. Its just that when I am given a deadline I used to be more productive and focused. That works for me.

Also sorry for the late reply. My fever is bad and I didnโ€™t have strength to give u reply that time.

I do take breaks. For 1 minute and 30 seconds only though and by walking only. Then I run for 2 minutes but with full maximum speed. Itโ€™s the maximum speed that made me like this.

Oh ok thanks for the clarification.

Thanks brother. Yeah actually I will pass a final test at the end of the year and one of the sports is running. I will need to run 1.5 minutes 13 times with 1.5 break. If I keep the same speed and run more than 19 km/hr I will succeed.

Though it may seem reasonable but I started exercising only a month ago about 2 days each week. Before that I never moved outside my chair/bed for 5 years. I am still not used to running this much. But I was shocked that our teacher started all this from day 1 which is scary.

Letโ€™s see what happens. Thanks a lot brother :people_hugging:
