Essential Supplements for me till the end of the year

  • Creatine (Must, S Tier stuff)
  • Whey protein or Plant based protein if you are dairy intolerant
  • Omega 3 Fish oil tablets (Good for joints and other stuff)
  • Multivitamins
  • Ashwagandha (Focus and stress relief)
  • Gokshura (Testosterone & Stamina) (Trial)**

Iโ€™ll start from ashwagandha and increase my supplements slowly according to workouts.

Today 88.2 Kg. Idk how I lost 1.4 Kg out of sudden.

Only biological reason I can say is that during high fever , metabolism increases which takes up energy from fat and hence reduction of fat ( jk , I am nerd )

But today I ate :ramen:. So it will increase tomorrow.

Same situation is here, but I wanna start slowly so that I have the habit by the time I can buy all of them together on my own.

Here is a cost breakdown that I made today -

  • 250 gram Creatine costs rs 600-800 depending on the brand - Usage 3 months
  • Gokshura + ashwagandha 60-60 tablets Rs 500-600 usage 2 months
  • Multi-Vitamin + Omega Fish Fish oil 60 or 90 Tablets depending on brand Rs 600 usage 2-3 months
  • Whey Protein (Prices are increasing), well with discount 25 servings 1600-1800 rs.
    Or
  • Or plant based protein 1199 - 26 servings usage 1 month

P.S. donโ€™t take gokshura without proper considerations :moyai:

Creatine isnโ€™t important especially for beginners who are still students. Protein > creatine, because our body makes creatine itself but it canโ€™t make protein. And fitness influencers use it to retain more water in their muscles to look more defined and someone barely uses it for strength and endurance.

Nah, @The_Rising_One have supplement only those vitamins and minerals that you are not able to get from food. Look for the signs of your body or visit a doctor for checkup of nutrients in body then take those supplements.

Yeah , take this omega 3 fatty acids and Zinc+magnesium supplement. Many people are deficienct in these nutrients and also take Vitamin D from sun .

Regarding ashwagandha itโ€™s top notch , you can take patanjali powder form ashwagandha, it costs โ‚น85 , dw itโ€™s safe and itโ€™s ingredients list has ashwagandha only. Also take Shatavar powder with it , patanjali shatavari costs โ‚น160.

And for protein have sprouted black chana and moong seeds! And eat eggs too if you are non-vegetarian. I think he had a dietician so @The_Rising_One bhai have meal plans too.

@Sholtro_Tenjerrot I wrote the list for myself, guess I should have made is explicit but itโ€™s good for general public too.

  • Creatine is good, I donโ€™t know why people compare it with protein, both are for different purposes.
  • Ashwagandha KSM66 root extracts is expensive, to help myself with heavy withdrawal symptoms.
  • about Vitamins, I wrote that for myself too. You donโ€™t need them if you donโ€™t want. I will remove that once I get to the normal mark.
  • Gokshura is for trial, my friend said If you want to boost testosterone, try it also it has other benefits. (It causes libido, so be cautious)

Yeah actually zinc magneisum it expensive i would say. Vitamin D3 tablets are cheap from store, and they donโ€™t require any specific type. But only to be taken once a week, too much dependency is not good. :handshake:t2:

Anywho let me update for today.

I ran for 30 minutes straight. Even if my whole body was paining and Iโ€™m proud of myself.
