@The_wild_perception The book has already been linked. It’s a good read, but note that there are two types of nofap mentalilties. I had posted this on another topic, I think you should know about both before choosing which one to follow. Both work, but for different people pursuing different goals.

@The_wild_perception as others have mentioned, it’s a book about PMO. I’d highly recommend it. I personally think that without the book, I’d still feel deprived of something when not doing PMO. I’ve written here in more detail how the book as helped me:
