What should be in a community wiki for newcomers to nofap

A sticky page will be created with all the necessary information for newcomers to nofap and this forum.

Now to make a first version of this page, please help us with what information should be on this page.
Such as:

  • What is nofap
  • How to start with nofap
  • Why do nofap
  • Good resources (books, sites, youtube video’s/channels)
  • Inspirational stuff

Post it as an reply to this topic and we will compile a good first version of the good pieces.
