Short term goals are the key to success.

Just forget about 90 or 120 days. Just don’t Fap today.
When the urges hit, just say you won’t relapse for 6 hours. You will be saved. Because otherwise you would have thought you had to live with those urges for your whole life. But no, the duration of urges is just few minutes, max 1 or 2 hours.
Just make today your new best day.
