Hi everyone, I’m from Hong Kong and there’ve been a long time I left this forum since I changed from Android to iPhone. I tried many methods of nofap but still in vain (my streak is fake since I didn’t use the app for long time), and then I came across with a systematic nofap framework from Chinese nofap website. There are 7 attributes in total in the framework (parentheses represent my version of challenge):
- Early Riser (sleep at 11pm and rise at 6am)
- Fitness (jogging, workout or yoga)
- Study (nofap articles, self-development books/videos)
- Chanting (Heart Sutra)
- Benevolence (a gratitude journal and an appreciation journal)
- Aspiration (at least 30 mins of preparation toward chartership)
- Reflection (meditation, self-reflection)
In brief, this framework is to focus on cultivating positive energy so negative habits will gradually fade away. For the details of the framework and these attributes, I’ll create another post to cover that. Actually I’m going to make a sequel on my previous topic ‘Special Advice from Chinese Nofap Forum’, to share some contents from Chinese nofap websites that I found useful. But here is just my diary for me to stick with these 7 habits every day.
