Day 6 update.NNN-1

Man this was not easy , Last few days were a bit tough but it is what’s putting the foundation of my upcoming free life from β– β– β– β–  and addicted dopamine stuff.

Even today morning, the urges said it’s not wrong let’s look what’s going on the sites , the updates, the models, I even got tempted and peeked in. And to my surprise I was a bit disgusted and controlled myself.

Those models on the sites have no idea what they are doing , they are trapped by the addiction too. Showing themselves to earn money on the innocent souls.

I started β– β– β– β–  at 13-14 years old, now I am 26 years old. I have tried quitting it but couldn’t. I repented to God the almighty to show me a way out of this hell and put my heart at ease. But do you think you will achieve greatness and you will not be tested with restlessness, unmotivated days, brain fogg, temptations, urges, loneliness, unexpressed feelings, feelings like noone knows etc but believe me my friends he knows and he sees. He is showing you a way out and with patience ask help from God.

We will get out of this addiction inshallah (God willing).

I will be updating about this month progress here in long paragraphs expressing myself fully.

Tip: As you seek a way out of this addiction try to engage yourself in stuffs that give you dopamine hit, although it hits a bit low. But that’s what natural stuff. I have tried to cope my dopamine needs with few stuff like watching a series of playing a game for some time.

But I have reduced my screen time on phone. From using phone upto 8+hours daily on average to 2hours per day. Turned my phone screen into black and white, it reduces the interest, no colors no interest:grin::raising_hands:.

Inshallah I will give you update about next day tomorrow. Let’s connect and help and motivate each other it’s what helps.

Count me in boy . I am finally fixing things I was supposed to before , although I hit a very low but getting out of this figuring everything feels better . I will win fs . Controlling the addiction is not the hard part for me now , it is fixing my old loops and thought patterns . I want to change everything and become my best .

Day 1/30

Doing well with the schedule taking frequent showers helped a lot as winter is around the corner I feel good.

I will not order my food online I will try to cook and will only order during sundays. Also I will try to minimise music will do dopamine detox after this month.

Have to finish a lot in study. But I’m doing good in maths just 2-3 months to go for my sem exams.
