I’m productive in terms of my study and work. Going outside and touching grass is common will continue the flow. this time i will conquer NNN.

I completed 100 days of nofap again. And this time I’m aiming a higher streak. I will keep it going

Completed 10000 steps today + from today onwards i am goanna skip my dinner so that i can give rest to my gut + fasting helps to develop self-control which will directly help in other things to where control is needed.

Day 2/30

Doing my training and getting better in managing my tasks, but man I spent around 2 hours just watching reels on my phone…feel so stupid about it. Really getting angry at myself, because I know what a waste it is. I use this anger to discipline myself. Today I really saw through the process, how the algorithm works and the entire program behind it. Fuck these tech companies, they should be sued for keeping people distracted.

Tomorrow is a fresh monday, the next 4 weeks I will completely transform my online behavior while transmuting all my life force into building my mind.

For me, my weakness is laziness. I am a very lazy person, and because of it, I try to escape from everything and find ways to not work, which leads me to procrastination and my own destruction. To tackle it, I’m doing things when they should be done on time and trying to engage in every activity instead of escaping life by staying at home. I’m socializing, trying different sports, and trying to push myself a little more every day. In my opinion, my strength is patience and perseverance. I know I’m not good at anything, but I never give up; I keep on trying despite many setbacks.

My strength is I can plan for way ahead in exact sharp details, however execution speed isn’t matching.

I will improve it, without thinking about what comes next every time I start a task

Day 3/30

Dealing with high energy, erections and typical morning wood. Mind is clear as crystal. But sometimes high energy can bring some aggression.

I started grooming again. It’s winter time so I have to take care of my skin too.

My one of the typical weakness is to trust on someone easily. It got worse last year I had one friend in the 1st year he betrayed me by the end of 2nd. It took me many months to master over this issue.

I’m kind of disciplined person who try to maintain consistency it’s the major strength. I’m good in following routines
