- No Social Media for 1 Day: Take a break from all social media platforms for 24 hours.
- No Social Media for 2 Days: Disconnect for 48 hours.
- No Social Media for 7 Days: Unplug for a full week.
Choose the consequence that feels most impactful for you.
These Consequences do not apply to Rewire. You can be on rewire but no other social media.
Additional Rules:
- Honesty: Be truthful in your check-ins. This challenge is about growth, and self-deception only hinders progress.

- No Judgment: This is a safe space. Judging others is not allowed.
