Iโve decided to take on a 21-day dopamine detox, and Iโll be sharing my daily experiences here. This challenge is all about resetting my mind, breaking free from distractions, and focusing on what truly matters: achieving my goals and reigniting my momentum.
What Iโm Avoiding
- Social Media Scrolling :
โTWITTERโโIโve removed my accounts from Instagram and Facebook. The only devil that I keep coming back to is Twitter. Iโve blocked access to these sites and apps on the devices I use, but I canโt do the same on others devies at home.
Goal: I want to be free from this endless scrolling by the end of this challenge and the year 2024!
- Binge-Watching Content :
Cutting out hours on YouTube (especially during meals). Time to reclaim my motivation and self-respect!
Cricket used to be my passion, but right now, itโs become more of a burden.
- Junk Food & Sugary Snacks :
The worst habit Iโve developed this year! Time for a healthier, energized me. Goodbye to those sugary snacks!

Why This Challenge?
Iโve been struggling latelyโdespite studying an average of 9 hours a day last month, Iโve recently dropped to just 6 hours. I have been through similar phases before, and I know that without decisive action, I risk falling off track
