This is going to be a very simple 21- day challenge, but the ramifications for losing it can be pretty severe and real. The focus of this challenge will be simply on bettering your habits, for you to have a better life.

Major focus will be on controlling your digital habits. Here are the three things you have to do:

Your Commitments:

  1. No Pornography: Abstain from all formsโ€”videos, images, literature, discussions, chats, or even thoughts.
  2. No Peeking: Avoid deliberately searching for any sexual or raunchy content.
  3. No Negativities: You must refrain from searching for any negative thing, such as racial biases, your insecurities, discriminatory behaviour, sexist or racist stereotypes, anti-religious (any religion, including atheism), anti-national (any nation) sentiments.

Consequences of Failing

If you fail, there are real-world consequences to reinforce your commitment:

Failure Consequence
First Day (once) Skip one meal
First Day (more than once) Fast for the entire day
Within First Week (once) No internet/digital access for 1 day
Within First Week (more than once) Inform family/friends about your addiction + No internet for 3 days
In Second Week Donate 1% of money in your bank account to a philanthropic activity or to your accountability partner
In Third Week 1-day fast + No internet for 3 days + Donate 1% of the money in your bank account to a philanthropic activity or to your accountability partner

Important Notes:

  • You are not eliminated from the challenge if you fail. You simply face the consequences and restart.
  • After failing, your restart begins the next day. For example:
    • If you fail on Day 1 but do not fail again, youโ€™ll complete 20 days.
    • If you fail on Day 18, youโ€™ll only have 3 days left in your challenge.

Participation Guidelines

  • Check-ins: Daily updates are encouraged, but weekly check-ins are fine.
  • If you fail, update immediately and share your chosen consequence with the group. Report back once you complete your punishment.

Also, this challenge is open to everyone, that is why Iโ€™m not naming anyone specifically. This will be a very tough challenge, so do it only when you are sure you can stay true, endure every pain and honestly endure those sort of punishments in case of failures. Tbough I.hope none of us ever fail. All.the best to everyone.

Day 1
Iโ€™m completely enjoying my life. Iโ€™m very happy. I feel liberated. Iโ€™m working towards my goals and Iโ€™m progressing. Iโ€™m getting better. I love my life.
I shall update the entire progress in the table by the end of the day.

My life is going smoothly than b4. Easy to do the things I wanna do. Really love this kind of life, reaching my goalโ€‹:muscle::smirk_cat:

Could not keep the momentum. Not something I did deliberately, but negativities in this world made me angry and I shouted at some people. Definitely nothing that leads me to failure in this challenge, but I need to overcome that as well.

Calm down, brother. Do not let the externalities affect youโ€ฆOnly focus on improving your life, thinking positive things and learning in the right way. Anything that gets you in a negative frame of mind is not good for your health and improvement, so avoid them. Atleast for next 21 days, avoid vantage, all the debates, and stupid media, quora, reddit etc. If you want to stay updated and learn, read newspapers and books instead. Do not use digital.media for any negative stuff at all. Itโ€™s not a fail today, but if you repeat this, itโ€™ll be a fail, and then stay ready to endure the punishment. You are not fooling anyone else but yourself.

Today has been such a productive day in my life
I have cleaned my home, studied for 3 hours, meditated, did eye exercise, practiced Yoga, washed clothes and utensils, fed stray dogs etc
Hope you are doing good too

Yes always open. Just that youโ€™ll get 20 days if you start from tomorrow. If you didnโ€™t break any rules today and want to start from today, then you are in for all 21 days of challenge. I have fixed 21 days so that we can restart after 21 days again.
