This is going to be a very simple 21- day challenge, but the ramifications for losing it can be pretty severe and real. The focus of this challenge will be simply on bettering your habits, for you to have a better life.
Major focus will be on controlling your digital habits. Here are the three things you have to do:
Your Commitments:
No Pornography: Abstain from all formsโvideos, images, literature, discussions, chats, or even thoughts.
No Peeking: Avoid deliberately searching for any sexual or raunchy content.
No Negativities: You must refrain from searching for any negative thing, such as racial biases, your insecurities, discriminatory behaviour, sexist or racist stereotypes, anti-religious (any religion, including atheism), anti-national (any nation) sentiments.
Consequences of Failing
If you fail, there are real-world consequences to reinforce your commitment:

Important Notes:
You are not eliminated from the challenge if you fail. You simply face the consequences and restart.
After failing, your restart begins the next day. For example:
If you fail on Day 1 but do not fail again, youโll complete 20 days.
If you fail on Day 18, youโll only have 3 days left in your challenge.
Participation Guidelines
Check-ins: Daily updates are encouraged, but weekly check-ins are fine.

Iโm completely enjoying my life. Iโm very happy. I feel liberated. Iโm working towards my goals and Iโm progressing. Iโm getting better. I love my life.
I shall update the entire progress in the table by the end of the day.
Could not keep the momentum. Not something I did deliberately, but negativities in this world made me angry and I shouted at some people. Definitely nothing that leads me to failure in this challenge, but I need to overcome that as well.

Calm down, brother. Do not let the externalities affect youโฆOnly focus on improving your life, thinking positive things and learning in the right way. Anything that gets you in a negative frame of mind is not good for your health and improvement, so avoid them. Atleast for next 21 days, avoid vantage, all the debates, and stupid media, quora, reddit etc. If you want to stay updated and learn, read newspapers and books instead. Do not use digital.media for any negative stuff at all. Itโs not a fail today, but if you repeat this, itโll be a fail, and then stay ready to endure the punishment. You are not fooling anyone else but yourself.

Today has been such a productive day in my life
I have cleaned my home, studied for 3 hours, meditated, did eye exercise, practiced Yoga, washed clothes and utensils, fed stray dogs etc
