Your relapse is shocking to me
From so far, I can say u are the most disciplined and consistent of person in RC
If you yourself relapse, then I doubt if I ever will be free from PMO in life
From this, we can only understand how difficult it is to be a Brahmachari
Its like climbing a huge hill upward
Thats why Rishis have said that bramhacharya is the greatest and the most difficult virtue in human life
Suggestions: Why cant we try something different
Instead of counting the Nofap days and relapsing in an endless spree
Lets forget all about Nofap or fap or PMO
And live life as we were before entering this addiction
Without counting days, I have crossed several days without relapse multiple times
I want both of you guys to read easy peasy book. You have to understand ■■■■ is nothing just few pixels on the screen. Before i wasn’t aware of that , ■■■■ did nothing to you. You are just brainwashed by the society that it’s important for you. the void that ■■■■ creates is crazy and it should viewed at the deeper sense. It’s not we’re leaving up on something. We are tend to be like that before. You are absolutely right in this @The_EnlightenedOne. The more we will try to lead our normal life the more we are free and this is the only way to get out from this. Just remind yourself that I’m not an addict I’m just a normal person and having urges is normal to me.
That’s what everybody needs to understand. For me spiritual path is the best. If I daily listen to satsang and do naam jap then I’m stronger than ever. I cut off my urges in just a millisecond.
Bhagwan Aashray + Naam Jap + No Other Entertainment + Fixed daily routine = Purity and freedom
Lack of discipline makes you weaker. I followed strict discipline till 7 months but after that I was not following my strict routine. Started watching YT videos ( Normal entertainment and slowly and steadily I started searching about bad things and eventually watched P and relapsed )
Now I don’t wanna think more about the relapse. I’m Happy that I completed 240 days without PMO. If I can reach 240 I can reach 2400 also. I believe in him. I believe in myself. This time I won’t disappoint you all.
