You are added @Ps963 , I assume you want a habit of quitting PMO. I separate this habit into 2 as No P and No MO

Both of your habits are been included in " Counseling Centre " and " De - addiction Centre " on Post 2 for No P and No MO respectively.

Just want to set a workout deadline as from now on I am planning to workout downstairs. I spent a lot of time when I am upstairs.

Since I am setting this deadline on a daily basis I would like to call it as side Habits from now on.

It will be applicable from tomorrow onwards

Side Habits ( From Monday to Friday )

  1. Sit in Front Bench
  2. No Gaming and Anime during Working hours
  3. Workout downstairs

My deadline for today is to start daily portions
