@Binocular Ok 10 habits that I choose to follow:
β’ Waking up at 5 am
β’ Praying at the morning
β’ Doing 40 push ups
β’ 10 minutes meditation
β’ Reading 20 book pages per day
β’ Teeth brushing 3 times per day
β’ Drinking 8 glasses of water per day
β’ 30 minute walk per day
β’ To go to sleep at 9 pm
β’ Daily check in for the challenge

They never come.
I try to make my own opportunities and nothing happens.
The car 1 Iβm not sure. I was labeled colorblind as a child back in kindergarten.
Giving up is the result of never getting where you want because of circumstances. This is me.
Relapsed after completing day 2 again. Maybe iβm not ready for this challenge yetβ¦ but the fact that i now do it once every 2 days is a big step for me.( i have been fapping daily since i was like 13 and now im 19). Iβm not addicted to porn, i havenβt watched porn for about 1 2 years, i donβt even watch porn anymore. Iβm addicted to masturbation though.

@BlackMagic123 No worries brother, every one is busy these days. Even tho I was bit shocked to hear about your slip up after a whole 54 days, itβs good to have you back.
As usual, please write down the reasons and what you learned from your slip up to urn a safeguard . Itβs essential to stay part of this challenge.
The reason I guess is always stress. Stress just always lead me to peeking and then PMO.
I have learnt that feeling of living a normal, guilt free life is the best. The focus, determination you get while you are on the streak is on another level. You yourself feel good. I think you should always have a way deal with these temptations so that in the time of urge it will help you like exercise meditation.

@Vortexkicker I just found out that youβre missing something.
You might have missed the car when it was Infront of you, but if you put on your glasses, the vision will be much more cleaner and you will see that yellow car.
You canβt judge life if youβre not seeing it as the way it is.

My mind got attacked today while I slept by PMO visions, thank Goodness everything ended up ok, without nightfall. It seems that some radical recovery is starting to take place.
