Reading THE EASY PEASY BOOK was the best thing that i did for my PMO recovery. This is the most powerful weapon i have in my arsenal. The Self-hypnotic scripts at the end removed all reasons of relapse giving my logical brain all it needed to destroy the lame arguements that cause relapse.

BUT In Between I felt that i am spending too muchtime On this app so I followed The Process.
WHAT I DO:-
STEP-1: Whenever I get Urges,I come to this app STEP-2: LOOK Here What is going On. STEP-3: Spend here Only 2-3 Minutes. STEP-4: Go Back To My work.
First step is for resisting the urge, Second for diversion Third for not to spend time here much on this app. Fourth for to get ready to work again, otherwise i would have wasted 1-2 hours related to PMO.
and At last I might Relapse, if I had not done so OR I would have wasted my Precious time.
When Extreme URGE Comes In, Then Only SpendMore Time Here and in that case, Post Here,Converse Here.
Counting the days while waiting for urges to decrease is the wrong method to quit PMO. You need to make the days count and get used to dealing with the urges. You will be free from PMO not when you are free from urges ( you never will as long as you are a human being ). You will be free from PMO when you will become an expert in dealing with the urges. Following are 3 most helpful tips to make you an expert so you can taste freedom:
1/3 Physical urges:
Stay busy to defeat physical urges. Donโt fight the urges, it will get powerful if we concentrate on it. Staying busy is the ultimate weapon to defeat horniness. Staying busy for a lifelong goal and dream is better. Follow a routine. Donโt divert from it.
2/3 Arousing thoughts and Fantasy:
Never fantasize. If a sexual though comes, just focus on something else. It just takes 5 seconds to redirect to a new thought. Entertaining a thought will increase its power and make you more horny and create powerful urges. So focus on something else.
3/3 The mental war that finally decides relapse or not:
Remember your horrible feelings after EVERY. SINGLE. RELAPSE!!!. No porn will satisfy you. No masturbation will make you happy. PMO will not decrease your stress. It will not relax you. You donโt need PMO to feel good. You donโt want PMO anymore. YOU ARE NOT ATTRACTED BY PMO ANYMORE. YOU VIEW PMO AS DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE AND VOMIT PRODUCING. YOUR PAST IS PAST. NOW YOU ARE A NEW AND BETTER PERSON. AND YOU WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT CRAP!!!.
After breaking from the conscious mental attraction of PMO, now just take a cold shower or put cold water on your privates (if you know for sure you wonโt touch yourself). Then stay busy in your task. Or take a walk, socialize, eat or drink something and exercise.
Practice these. These are your weapons. Hone them. If you follow the 3 tips, i guarantee you will be setting higher and higher streak records!.

I would like to share this little thought of mine:
I thought about this for some time: What are the benefits of PMO? there are absolutely no benefits. No amount of PMO had ever made me happy.
No amount of PMO had ever gave me that feeling of fulfilment for which I strive to reach every single day.
PMO knows only how to take away but it never gives back, and even if it looks it is โgivingโ something back, itโs only takes it away shortly after.
It takes away health, time, energy, it destroyes families, it creates only anxiety, deppresion and fear.
It canโt replace true relationships between men and women since those are built upon trust and sincere love for each other. PMO is not even about hate - the core idea of this addiction is apathy.
PMO is about giving up and rotting away, soaking out everything from its hosts, and replacing it with apathy. Just enjoying simple pleasures and mediocrity, not doing anything too dangerous or extreme or good with life.
It is a disgusting addiction and not good for anything.
