I relapsed again, went full M and O but again no P.
I used to feel sad and cry but the last 3 M and O’s have been without P and I’m not sad anymore.
In fact, I have been feeling very positive this past week and greatful I’m not sad anymore.
Am I improving or not and 2
No matter the answers to 1. I need a real companion who talks to me daily. To help me reach my first goal of just 4 days.
For some reason 4 days isn’t possible for me. I believe I can do it, but positive thinking isn’t helping.
What say you?
