Before telling the rules , Let me introduce you some of the powerful elements ( Zodiac Signs ).beings that exist within you. It is determined by your date of birth.
The secondary aim of this challenge is to understand which is the strongest zodiac sign here that exists in this entire forum.

As mentioned, the challenge is divided into three aspects.
1. Your productivity in your professional life
2. Your daily routine
3. How well you can overcome hurdles effectively aka addictions.

Your productivity in your professional life
The key to success is to be ready when opportunity comes
Whether you are working in a job or studying in a school / college. Its important that you must be productive in a daily basis . This is important so that you would be ready when challenge arrives whether its exams , interviews or team assignments etc.
One of the key aspects of this challenge is to motivate you as a team in order to be productive in your professional life.
Regarding professional life. The challenge puts into consideration of the following
1. Have you worked / studied today ?
2. How many hours did you work / studied today ?
3. How many tasks you were able to complete in those hours ?
The point system is of following
Criteria 1 - The Challenge awards 4 points if you have made an attempt to work / study
Criteria 2 - The Challenge awards X additional points for working / studying X number of hours
Criteria 3 - The Challenge awards Y additional points for completing Y number of tasks in X hours
Total Points = Criteria 1 × Criteria 2 × Criteria 3
Example
Roshan studied Chemistry Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 in 5 hours. So Roshan completed 2 tasks ( Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 ) in 5 hours
So Total points = 4 × 2 ×5 = 40 points.

Your Daily Routine
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence is not an act , Its a habit
Daily routine is necessary as it stands as a foundation for your professional life. You can’t be productive by leading an unhealthy lifestyle.
What you do really matters in this challenge. The Daily routine is divided into four. These are
1. S Tier Daily Routine - This is the most important routines that you must follow in order to become Kings and Queens in this World. This routine if done consistently can change your entire life.
2. A Tier Daily routine - It improves the quality of your life than having an impact on your life.
3. B Tier Daily Routine - It acts as a support for S tier and A tier routine. It can be done easily when you don’t have enough time to stick up with your daily routine.
4. C Tier Daily Routine - It cannot be considered as a routine. It can be an extra strategy or any tips that you follow so that things don’t get messed up.
For example, One C tier routine I follow is to study downstairs so that I won’t be distracted frequently.

1. Reading ( 30 minutes )
2. Bullet journalling
3. Meditation ( 10 minutes )
4. Exercise ( 30 minutes )
A tier
1. Trying to learn a new skill ( 30 minutes )
2. Practising a skill ( 30 minutes )
3. Helping someone ( eg. Helping mom with daily chore , charity . Points for every help )
4. Positive affirmations ( Vision , Gratitude )
5. Grooming ( Anything associated with hygiene. Points for every task )
6 . Listening to podcast ( 30 minutes)
B tier
1. Drinking a glass of water after waking up
2. Watch Self Improvement videos ( 30 minutes )
3. Cold shower ( Every point for every repetition )
C tier
The one not mentioned here belongs to C tier

The Point System
The participant is awarded with 4 points for each completion of S tier routine. 3 points for A tier , 2 points for B tier and 1 points for C tier.
Total points = Points associated with respective tier × Multiplier
Muliplier = Duration of activities done / baseline.
The one mentioned in brackets of every tier habit is the baseline.
Example
Roshan Meditated 30 minutes a day.
Baseline is 10 minutes. Multiplier = 3 ( 30 / 10 )
So points = 3 × 4 = 12 points

How well you can overcome hurdles effectively aka addictions.
Recovery is hard. Regret is harder.
You cannot be consistent in your professional life if your life get screwed up every 2 - 3 days. Its really important to remove the things that stop you from being what you want to manifest.
What kind of addiction you are overcoming matters in this challenge. It is divided into 4 tiers
S tier addiction - These kind of addiction is to be overcomed as fast as possible. It can negatively impact your life if not taken necessary actions.
A tier addiction - It doesn’t negatively impact your life if done in smaller doses. Preferred once in a week.
B tier addiction - Can be done on a daily basis. Make sure you don’t get your productivity screwed up.
C tier addiction - This tier either belongs to S , A or B depending on the intensity of addiction. Belongs to C tier itself if its not dangerous.

1. Pornography and Masturbation
2. Smoking
A tier
1.Junk Food ( Less than 1050 calories per week )
2. Refined Carbohydrates ( Less than 1050 calories per week )
3. Alcohol ( 2 glass or less )
4. Drugs ( Less than 4 per week )
5. Movies ( Not more than 1 movie or 3 episodes )
6. Video Games ( Less than 2 hours per week )
B tier
1.Caffeine ( 4 glass of coffee per day or less )
2. Social media ( Less than 2 hours per day)
C tier

Point System
The challenge awards you 4 Points for overcoming a successful S tier addiction , 3 Points for A tier addiction , 2 Points for B tier addiction and 1 point for C tier addiction.
Failure to be successful in this leads to negative marking .
Negative marking - Tier level × No. of repetition
For addictions like Pornography or video games, no of repetition is replaced by no. of hours.

The Rules
1. Everyone have to check in while updating the above mentioned criteria to get points.
2. While updating, it is mandatory to update Criteria 3. Failure to do so would be considered as relapse.
3. To participate , Give your Date of birth and tell me which addiction you have to overcome by referring Post 11.
The end of the Month
At the end of the Month , I will be updating which participant acquired maximum no. of points , which zodiac sign was most productive during the respective month and the ranking of all time productivity of all Zodiac Signs and the Participants who have maximum points from the moment the challenge has been started.
