Abstaining isn’t recovering. You still believe that you are an addict trying his best while suffering to not PMO. You still believe that you need PMO to feel better, to not “suffer for the rest of your life”.
Be stupid my friend; don’t think or hesitate, just don’t fap. It’s easy if you believe that you don’t need PMO for anything. Start reading the easy peasy book. If you did read it before, read it again…

■■■■ is barely the problem anymore. If I go to a site, I’m there less than 30 seconds.

Its masterbation thats the problem. I just relapsed and it’s because of urges and desire for masterbation. Easy Peasy has no answer for MO. it’s focused on ■■■■ but says practically nothing about MO.

I could be wrong, but unlike “easy way to quit smoking” (which it’s based upon) The Easy Peasy method does NOT suggest continuing “the habit”. In the smoking version it says “unless you’ve already quit, don’t give up until you’ve read the book” - it’s not a psychological trick of the mind, but a tool as you work through the book to understand why it’s something you want to live without.

I read most of the book one time. It didn’t work for me. I know that life cam be lived without PMO, but it is difficult to escape from especially the Masterbation part.

Consider P as P, M and O all together. You can apply the same prospective to masturbation as well, you know. You don’t need masturbation just like you don’t need Pornography.
If I’m not wrong, you mostly watch P just to masturbate. By that you are making your addiction harder to quit. You’re literally in the PMO cycle!

If I were you, I will quit Pornography first. You’re about to masturbate? Don’t watch pornography, period.

Prove it. 30 days no Pornography. You won’t lose anything if you do, you will actially benefit from it. Whether if you want to do nofap or not, don’t watch what you claim to be a child’s play for 30 days.

I am not doing well this week. I relapsed Sunday, Monday, and today.

We know Sunday was a PMO relapse.

Luckily my Monday and today relapses were not P related.

So I can honestly say

P: 3 days
MO: 0

Im back to 0 streak tonight on both P and MO.

They were P comics instead of the sites. I have avoided the P sites but the thoughts are a problem. I need to meditate or something.

Any thoughts on P thoughts and how not to respond to them?

I think that will help.

I am relapsed at 2 days 11 hours or basically two and a half days per relapse. Somehow making that 3rd day is my struggle.

Ha so you are addicted to P as well!
I told you to quit P cause I knew you were addicted to it as well. I just wanted you to realize it.

P is easy to avoid compared to M. Try to avoid tauching your phone without convincing yourself that you will use it for a specific good and beneficial thing and it can only be done on your phone. Don’t keep your phone with you if you aren’t using it and no electronic devices before one hour of bed. Spend time surrounded by many people and communicate more and become more social, by experiencing real interactions your desire to P will automatically reduce. And most importantly, you don’t need P for anything, there is aways a way to solve your problems and there is always a way to find happiness.
