Here me and @DARSHAN2017 will be accountable for each other to Eliminate YouTube usage for non meaningful purposes.
Every successful day , We give ourselves 1 point in the scoreboard down below.
But at the same time , its necessary to not go on a downward spiral in case anyone fails. So we also have another scoreboard which displays the duration of YouTube used.
At the end of the Month , we’ll evaluate ourselves based on how much clean days we had along with total YouTube usage for the Month.
My friend has water drinking addiction. He sips water daily in every 10 seconds. He moves everywhere with a water bottle with him. Whenever water is finished from his bottle, he becomes very anxious. His doctor told that he had water drinking addiction.
This is a real life story
Lesson : You can become addicted literally to anything
Today youtube 2 and half hour
After u declared the challenge i stopped it immediately
But in the afternoon i watched while i was lying on bed because im not well to do anything today
Anyways this cant be an excuse
Tom ill do better
I swear bro
If i read something fictional i finish 300 to 400 pages in two to three days
These days im getting addicted to stock market
Even if im not trading everyday
I keep checking the portfolio
And then shares
Everything and anything can be addictive
Its tuesday
There 4 days till sunday comes
I challenge myself and you that no matter how difficult it seems
No matter how much we want to give up
Let us mot give up for these 4 days
Also for these 4 days i also want to challenge myself from no stock market as these days my stock market watch time is equivalent to youtube if not more
U in??
Yes If you couldn’t stop something that never benefitted you in a positive way is simply called as an outbreak of addiction in you. I mean you spent 12 hour in stock analysis but you are doing it out of compulsion then it might be an addiction.
