  1. Wake up before 4:30
  2. Exercise and meditation 30 min.
  3. Relax myself for this week.
  4. Study 12 hours this week.
  5. Stop Procrastination.
  6. Take my life in my hands.
  7. No Edging No Relapses. (Most Imp.)

Iā€™m changing to update daily from now on
Today failed 0/10 relapsed, apart from that everything went well. Iā€™ll have a strategy by tomorrow and post it on how to tackle.
I can do this. Just focus one day at a time no streak goals , no touching self and just do the right things at any given time.

Iā€™m changing it to daily update from now on, that way every day Iā€™ll be accountable. I feel it works better for me that way.

I dont know i always try to compare myself with others. Sometimes im stressed without any reason

could not. First 2 days got up at 6 last 2 got up at 5. (Improving slowly)

3/10.

0/10. Woke up late so had to give up over this. (will Decrease duration)

5/10. No study. Did some work. Also relaxed myself a lot. So 5. (made a systemic timetable)

8/10. Yes it did worked.

0/10. Edged on TV and relapsed. (No TV now.)

  1. Wake up before 5. Will achieve 4:20 Am.
  2. Workout meditate 15 min.
  3. Self Study for 5 hours daily.
  4. Gratitude and Be happy
  5. Watch peaceful and devotional stuff.
