Prerequisites:

  1. Schedule detox at 11.00pm
  2. Stop Phone usage by 10.55pm
  3. Reminding myself of detox schedule 20 mins
    before, through reminder.
  4. Effective usage of Alarmy or any other useful
    app.
  5. Making sure the Alarm works fine, in advance
  6. Completing all pending tasks before having dinner and ensuring that bed time is not extended because of this.

Can I join now?
After 150d of late night sleep and late mornings
Skipping Fajr prayers, skipping breakfast
I decided to get up early from yesterday.
By the Mercy of the Almighty I got up at 5am today also took cold shower after exercise. But my goal of getting the gold medal in univ exams is requiring a lot more from me. Today I studied well from 5 to 11 but after that from 11 to 6 I studied but kept the same page for 1/2 hr. So many colleagues of mine working for the same gold medal have went beyond me. Many have already mastered the concepts and memorized the facts. So in order to catch them, I must study with consistency. Consistency is the big thing that many of my topper friends have that I lack.

I already heard many positive reviews about habitica. I installed it. Later uninstalled it. But till now I canā€™t find a good habit tracking app like that. How do you use it?

@rewire_user sorry buddy I am unavle to upload my timing but every day no matter what I wake up before 7 as my trainer comes hime at 7ā€¦
