Your personal counter is up to you, but if you watched pornography, that is a relapse as per the rules of this challenge. Edging should definitely count as a relapse, unless you are only leaving pornography behind and not masturbation.
Iām not sure how aware you are about it, but edging is extremely dangerous to your sexual health. It is more damaging to the body than a single masturbation session would be. It strengthens the bond to the addiction within your brain and makes it much harder to escape. Edging can lead to severe cases of erectile dysfunction and extended flatlines of 1-2 years.

I have read it completely. I did not knew this earlier, I am shocked hearing the truth behind edging. I will never edge it will be gap or nofap. I have really ruined my health.
I didnāt watched porn since last 2-3 months but instead of porn I used to watch erotic web-series as a substitute to porn, now I I do feel that there is no difference between these two both help in adding dopamine to your brain.

@Backincontrol How are you doing brother? Do you feel prepared for when urges return? Itās advisable to practise a minimum of 2-3 times a day - takes less than 2 minutes to accomplish, but the practise is so worth it. When we get strong urges, that practice kicks in and makes defeating the habit a habit.

@Wyatt No, sexual intercourse without ejaculation is very different to edging; there are even books saying that this is a healthier method of having intercourse. What we need to understand is that we have been using our HANDS! We are not designed to spend hours stimulating ourselves to computer screens with our hands. Our sexual desires are there to drive us towards wives and child rearing. The energy released during orgasm is huge - enough to produce another human life. Some animals die after having an orgasm; this is how intense it is. Constantly releasing that much energy drains the body. Sexual intercourse without orgasm doesnāt have this side-effect.

Defeating urges feels good. It is basically past memory defeated within a few seconds. Sometimes, I have urges to type some names which I remember and not able to forget. I do not even remember faces properly and urges for names feel more powerful than the p itself. Any suggestions on this please.

Fully accept it in step B. Itās okay to want to type those names in, as long as we donāt do it. Wanting to do it isnāt a crime. If someone wants to kill someone out of anger but they keep calm,. arenāt they a good person? Itās the action that counts.
Remind yourself in step C that you have the choice to type filth into the search bar. You have that freedom. No one is stopping you. But you donāt actually want to do it.
Really picture your vision in step D. Think about what it will feel like. See how that life is what you truly want, and searching those names will not help you get there.
@Forerunner You are right, I never thought about it that way. Making a habit out of defeating the habit could go a long way. Iām going to practice it today onwards as I feel I will need it more in the he coming weeks then before. I usually donāt have issues in dealing with urges but as the streaks grow, so can the urges.
