Hey man!

No amount of love/affection/support given to someone else obligates them to give the same back to us.

We have to look after our own needs first and foremost before considering others.

Looking after our own needs is not selfish; it allows us to be complete human beings and have better relationships with others.

It’s okay to be flawed, we don’t have to put up a persona that we’ve got everything together - no one does. People like flawed human beings, not robots.

People like us for our personalities. We don’t have to always keep meeting their needs above our own in order to be appreciated, this can actually drive others away.

Day 85. I can almost taste the victory for 90 days.
Today is 15NOV19.

The goals are to manage finances to finish up credit card debt, get my transcripts for today for transferring to the college of my choice, and to figure out how to further boost my credit score (Tradelines?)

I have seen many articles that are triggering, mostly unintentionally, and watched videos that all of a sudden show triggering content, but the lesson is that you can never truly run away from the urges or triggering content. You will have to face them head on. Now that doesn’t mean go crazy and deliberately search up Pornhub or something; it simply means that you will better learn to say no, let it pass, or just turn it off when triggering content comes up.

But yes, I will not relapse because I come across triggering content and because Its freaking No Nut November, and I am 5 days away from a 90 day challenge!

I see. Wow that’s a great book indeed.

Especially the part about being flawed. Yeah authenticity is the key towards mutually fulfilling relationships, say if I want to find a commited relationship (girlfriend). If I want to find someone who is real, then I have to be real myself.

The part about meeting your needs first before anyone else, sounds similar to the book called “Boundaries”.
Whereas the authenticity part could be similar to Brene Brown’s power of vulnerability.

To be honest, do wet dreams affect your streak? For me, I actually have more decent sleep lmao.

I get wet dreams very rarely, I had one on day 70 and that was it. Almost no impact on my streak, a few vivid dream flashbacks but that was all.

The main focus is all about credit score, again. I am just OBSESSED with it!..

  1. See if I can make a profit off of my accounts.
  2. Refinanced my car and changed my car insurance
    3.focused on getting my dream credit cards. Got approved for 2 out of 4 so far. I hope I get the other two.

Aint freaking relapsing because I have better crap to do then deliberately seek out porn…Not even a peek.

My goals are still on credit cards and finance. Gotta make sure I get everything right for the time.

Also to get back to MMA after a 3 day Hiatus

Also try to organize my life.

Every day u r moving forward in the direction of becoming MR X

If u think u are not able to follow your routine then make some suitable changes.

A good idea is too add or remove a few activities.
Try out some new things (physical activity)
Some new hobby:::: drawing, music and dance, learning a new game,etc
Or anything but new to you.
