In life you will face easy and hard challenges, it’s on you to decide if you want to face them or not.
Masturbation is harder then this challenge, if you’re not able to do it then how could you be able to stop masturbation?

Today’s challenge:

Say big “No” to junk food eat healthy and homemade food (with good oil and less and also less sugar and salt). Try to not think about anything but your food when you eat and try to think about it’s ingredients.

Today’s challenge:

Do a 6-3-8 breathing - breath in for a count of 6 seconds, hold your breath for a count of 3 seconds, then exhale for a count of 8 seconds. Repeat this 5 times at the least.
I suggest doing that while you’re meditating.
