Sleep schedule correction: 21 days discipline

My sleep cycle/schedule/routine is very bad

Rules I’ll be following for 21 days

Missed day, start back from day 1

Every activity looks good :100: but you should avoid drinking water before sleeping or else it will cause trouble, will make you wake up at midnight.

If possible you should complete dinner around 7 pm - 8 pm, that’s the best option.

DAY 1

All necessary tasks done!
Will sleep after half an hour . (No screen 1/2 hour before sleeping)

Sleeping time - 10 30/11 00 -
Wake up time - 5 30 am - 6 30 am - ( I’m sick that’s why taking long sleep )

I will work on my sleep schedule from tomorrow on as well.

I set my time to 6:30 and keep the rules for good sleep.

I Overslept yesterday. Failed Again today too. Couldnt sleep at night eithe. Let’s start from day 1

Set my alarm but literally didn’t hear it and woke up at noon.

Setting myself to go to bed before 12pm today.

Went to bed around 1am and overslept because I didn’t hear the alarm again…
