Every activity looks good but you should avoid drinking water before sleeping or else it will cause trouble, will make you wake up at midnight.
If possible you should complete dinner around 7 pm - 8 pm, that’s the best option.
I think it would be good to I join with you if you allow me.
I am planning to do only first 3 points for the time being.

Will sleep after half an hour . (No screen 1/2 hour before sleeping)
Sleeping time - 10 30/11 00 -
Wake up time - 5 30 am - 6 30 am - ( I’m sick that’s why taking long sleep )

Overslept today due to snoozing…

I Overslept yesterday. Failed Again today too. Couldnt sleep at night eithe. Let’s start from day 1

Set my alarm but literally didn’t hear it and woke up at noon.
