wake up - 5 am

Overslept due to staying up very late…

Well at least I get more conscious of it all.
Going to get more serious from next Monday.

Woke up early before my alarm rang, but then went back to sleep to train my dream capabilities.

Overslept then… but at least had cool dreams.

Overslept today due to late night activity.

Slept very late this week…I do enjoy the night so much.

From Monday I will start anew. Rising early in the week and then enjoying the nights on the weekends. A harmonic balance.

Slept longer today due to staying up on the weekend.

I will get ultra real from tomorrow on because I start a new grwoth cycle.

6:00 AM will be my time for the next weeks. Will take 1 night per week to sleep as long as I want to fully regenerate.

Overlsept this week…

I started a wake-up routine that does me good though. Now I just have to implement it on the right time.

Started writing my dream journal as well.

Gearing up for monday. Discipline is most effective when done in stoic patience.

Sleep - 10 pm
Wake up - 5 am

My morning routine is getting more harmonious and smooth. Just the timing isn’t as I want to yet.

I will start realistic and set 9am the latest to get up to.
