Was quite productice , used most of my time , yet wasted some in discord . Now its time for discord detox from today for a few days . Rest was okay , I can feel my mind expanding and everything getting better

I went and enquired about Badminton coaching for a month… I’ll start from the basics just incase i don’t miss anything.
Tomorrow is a big day …
I’ve gotta repair my cycle, do some sportswear shopping and then go to a movie with my friends!
Then from 27th Imma start with the coaching.
Things have started to fall into place, only part left is for me to arrange them perfectly.
I’m gonna try to become really good at badminton now and make to the elite group (batch of a little high skilled players).

Productive day , workout + meditation . Couldnt do meditation in evening because guests had arrived but studied for a comparingly more time than other days .
Guys it’s been almost two months since I’ve uploaded a video here, and I’m really sorry about it. I haven’t really been in the right mental state to give advice, I’ll try and find some videos online to post here for motivation. Other than that no one has been suggesting ideas for a new challenge, I want to make it up to you guys in this next challenge by making it actually good. I believe we have 1 vote for sleep schedule. Any other suggestions?
