Btw, In these 366days did you get nightfall or a wet dream. If yes then how many times, approximately.

@mehulshakya Honestly I didn’t count the number of days it happened. But yes it was frequent in the start. Also I would like to mention that I was already suffering from frequent nightfall problem before nofap and I was terribly sick of this problem but it has reduced significantly with time.
