Today I had a wet dream and was having urges from morning. My mind was telling me to peak on porn and instead of that I meditated for 10 mins and it reduced my urges. Another day added. Day 8/365. Stay strong.

After failing many times. I’m here at day 132 on hard mode. Heading towards to break my highest streak ever i.e. 143 days. This wasn’t easy but if you truly want something you always manage to achieve it. Haven’t reached the destination yet. But if I stay this strong willed person like I’m right now I’ll surely be a fap free person for life. Cheers to this community.

I’ve broken my previous highest streak of 143 days successfully. Will reach day 146 in few hours. Today having high urges but high energy levels also. I think I’ve learned how to escape urges. My next aim now is reaching 200 days. I’m pretty sure I’ll make it. But never be too confident as only a single moment of weakness can turn it all around. Stay strong.

jñānino nitya-vairiṇā
kāma-rūpeṇa kaunteya
duṣpūreṇānalena ca
Translation:
The wise living entity’s pure consciousness becomes covered by his eternal enemy in the form of lust, which is never satisfied and which burns like fire.
Purport:
It is said in the Manu-smṛti that lust cannot be satisfied by any amount of sense enjoyment, just as fire is never extinguished by a constant supply of fuel. In the material world, the center of all activities is sex, and thus this material world is called maithunya-āgāra, or the shackles of sex life. In the ordinary prison house, criminals are kept within bars; similarly, the criminals who are disobedient to the laws of the Lord are shackled by sex life. Advancement of material civilization on the basis of sense gratification means increasing the duration of the material existence of a living entity. Therefore, this lust is the symbol of ignorance by which the living entity is kept within the material world. While one enjoys sense gratification, it may be that there is some feeling of happiness, but actually that so-called feeling of happiness is the ultimate enemy of the sense enjoyer.

Brother i have severe anxiety issue. A lot of stress because i have family burden to do tasks.
Because of social anxiety i feel paralyzed.
I am on Day 29.
My social anxiety was gone before when i had good streaks in a row. I know the answer to my questions is in my question itself but still i want give myself more hope just to listen it from you.
If you had social anxiety before ? How are you now in social life ?
