The thing about legs is correct…my calves is pretty fine…its my thighs…they get wobbly after the workout…
Yeah I understand , happens with me too sometimes.
But now my legs have gotten pretty strong because of consistent workouts.

Weekend zoomed by…
Today was my rest day…but all the travelling got me exhausted…with body pain and all…
I was out from 6am-6pm.
Visited a temple and bought some good books from there…now that I have got a decent collection of spiritual books…its time I start reading it seriously…
Otherwise, it won’t get finished ever
Now I am here wondering…will I be able to workout tomm… ;-;
Got to have proper sleep atleast…maybe that will get my tiredness to fade away.

I almost drifted away from.sleeping…
Still got 1hr of less sleep…coz of staying awake ._.
Day 3 Workout
Today’s workout seemed a bit easier than expected…
I am still a bit exhausted from yesterday’s travelling and less sleep…coz I woke up at 6 today.
Can’t sleep due to work…maybe I can try to nap during break…
A good day today.
I woke up at 6 today for studying Bhagvad Gita…but that resulted in less sleep…
I got it covered by sleeping an hour in morning and 2 hours in afternoon…
That got my sleep covered…but the best thing was the workout.
It feels soo counterintuitive but working out actually makes us less tired overall.
If I hadn’t exercised today…I would have definitely slept 4-5 hrs in the day…
I was in a dilemma on what to study more at my work…and today I got my answer through a meeting…
It was as if…what I was hearing…the words were designed to answer my question…
I would be needing a long commitment now…probably for a year to study…
Luckily my work got modified in a way…that I would be applying what I am learning on a monthly basis…so that would always keep me in touch with the topics…
I am soo excited that my stomach is getting tight…if I really pulled it off…it would really change many things for my career and financial state of my family…
Whatever I have learned from people here who studies a lot, I would need all that knowledge…
Luckily, I got to know other two SET members and taken lots of tips about study commitment.
Even if quantity of time is less, what I need is consistency over a long run.
That is enough.
Listened to some songs and kirtans…gonna sleep now.

Doing workout increases testosterone…
So does that increases the frequency or intensity of urges?
In my case opposite happened. Because I was emptying my extra energy storage every day … So urges were gone but I was active throughout the day…

I indulged in sexual thoughts yesterday…especially before sleeping…and nightfall happened
I was 2 weeks clean of Nightfalls and I broke that ._.
Day 4 Workout
I almost didn’t wanna do workout coz of Nightfall…
I felt tired because of that…but cleaned myself and did workout without thinking much…

That bearded alien guy told…the intensity is going to increase after Day 5…like I was just getting adjusted to it…and here he’s gonna scale it up ._.
Yeah…but because of all your words and actions…
I use a technique where you get highly motivated by someone’s encouragement by imagining it dramatically…like in Anime with BG music and all
Only backdrop is…you have to be careful about discouragement…you should never take it dramatically
So a simple and powerful technique, if used correctly

Yes and the thing you mentioned about working out is so damn true , it increases your focus level by a lot, you feel fresh throughout the day.
