See you are experiencing all problems of living alone. When you are alone you align or fight with yourself but when with another person you align or fight with other persons will. And trust me fighting other persons will is way more easier .

For yesterday’s tasks…
I did cleaning and washing clothes…

I woke up pretty late…and was really feeling lacking…
There are other 3-4 people living here as well…other rooms…
So we planned to go out and have lunch…
So that made me get up…and I got ready and went out…
I came back around 9…explored the city with them and spent a good time…
Also 2 other people decided to join up…so really had fun…
The human interactions are really energetic!

Goals for tomm -
Waking up early
Meditate
Cleaning Room
Studying

I had a wierd dream…
I wanted to board a train to go back home…and I reached the station 15 minutes before the train started.

The train was in the platform and suddenly I met many of my friends…
I stopped and talked to them and they warned me…you should go catch the train…
But I insisted on talking some more time…

Then finally when it was almost time…I started rushing towards the train from the overbridge…
As soon as I got down…I realized its the wrong platform.
There I saw some other friends, whom I again exchanged greetings and then I realized, the train started…

I jumped across the platforms and started running but the train left the platform…
My only way to go home…I missed it…
I almost shattered down and was about to cry…when I woke up with heavy breathing and realized that it was a dream.

I meditated today and its good!
Couldn’t wake up early though…

Few hours went in studying scriptures and meditating…
Rest of the day I was out and watched a movie “Rocketery”
It was epic :fire:

Also I took Ekadashi fast today and finally I could do it properly after shifting here…
I feel really awakened after watching the movie…
Like it was a biography of an ISRO scientist - Nambi…so it showed reality!

So another week begins tomm and hoping to steadily make progress!

Goals for tomm -
Getting up at 6
Meditating
Cleaning room before leaving

Yeah…I just poured down the dream here…so it can’t affect me much…also I got busy soo after that.

Also, I talk to them daily so that’s been taken care of as well!

Good day…I woke up at 6 today and spent most of my morning trimming my beard :joy:
Only thing I couldn’t do was meditation…

Rest of the day spent well…

I am slowly getting adjusted here.
My mood is getting stable now…
So I can finally feel the progress.

I am able to talk to my family properly…like I always used to do…also able to hold communications with people around.

Now I want a good routine to be followed…
My wake up time is now around 7-7:30…earlier it was 9…
I have to further pull it back…I believe eventually I will be able to do it…

I sleep around 12-12:30…I will pull this time back as well…
I started studying scriptures bit by bit…not regular but it has started.

Goals for tomm-
Wake up before 7
Meditate
Cleaning room - Sweeping - Now I can be more specific here.
Get ready before 8
Have Breakfast

I think this approach is helping me…no rush approach.
Anyways if I am not doing anything…just by creating a sense of urgency…it will only increase stress and anxiety…

So this time, I am lisiting out simple things without any sense of urgency to change my perspective regarding time and work…
