Thank you for checking up and to answer your question I’ve been doing very well I’m lowering my time and got rid of YouTube the only type of entertainment on my phone is chess and I’ve only spent 30 minutes on it and I thank you for this advice and wisdom. It’s crazy how technology has become so addictive and grown since the 80’s. I hope you do well on this journey to and I hope we meet as billionaires one day💪

Bro atleast try to decrease it slowly. Make a rule to not touch mobile for 1 hr in morning. Slowly you can decrease it
