Why I want to create a group - *i just wanna document my life journey here in the coming 6 month hope you are ready for accountability
I found out what was missing in my life i want to dedicate the coming 6 month to this journey i have prepared for myself.
1)cutting off social media completely except youtube as a source of learning
2)bulking n exercise basically in the gym thats a must
3)i chose 4 topics that can escape me from the matrix that is sales,negotiation basiclly interaction n body language,human nature and physiology of human being. I am searching 4/5 rated books on this topic in amazon and dictating my self to it
4)i installed 5 adult website blockers so there is no way am watching that shit again
5)chossing one book and site to read and share what each one understand of it
6)avoiding procrastinating at any cost no matter what
7)Being disciplined it what makes a person successful we do no matter the oitcome.
8)success is what you do and no one can have an impact on it except you
9)daily self education on what topic i chose above
I just want to document my journey here so
I chose to become the shark of the ocean n not the fish

4)prepared my book called 48 laws of power by robert green i am going to read the first chapte
5)20 min body workout
6)10 min watching n learning social skills body language and interaction
It is not a challenge i just wanted to document my journey so that when i reach my goals i can make something about it

So first and formost you have to know that porn kills
Second find your urges like sexy pics on the internet and avoid it mine was when i use to see an airpod i relapse
Third you have to start your self improvment jouney
This is how you do it
1)install porn blockers from the play store or app store to prevent you from watching porn
2)you have to start building your testosterone by
*drinking 1.5L of water a day
*5 min cold shower a day coz it reduces urges
*drinking or eating food that increase testosterone like watermwlon and you can find it on youtube
*avoid social media at any cost to avoid it feuling your urges

Must things to do : 2 times cold shower morning and night
Reading any self improving book doesnt matter what it is
Watching some social interaction skills on youtube
No social media at all
30 min execise must
And accounting on each others work around this time
One tip: your body is just an instrument control by your mind fix your mind by convincing it whats bad for you and you will see great difference am applying this strategy to this day
