Just be consistent with workouts, cut out sugar completely from your diet if that’s possible. Fats you can burn off with exercise but if you eat sugary foods they don’t let you burn fat. So cut it out. Decrease the amount of Rice you used to eat. Eat more pulses less rice. But yeah you are on fasting so you don’t have to worry about this lol. Still avoid sugar if it’s there in some of your fasting food.

Having these once in a while is ok. Like keep one day in a week where you can have these.
But yeah it’s best to avoid these too in initial days of weight loss.
Actually I am able to tell all this because I used to be 95 kgs with negligible muscle mass, now I am around 82 kgs with good amount of muscle as well.
If I can do this you can too. Getting fit takes some time but it’s totally worth it. And then staying fit and healthy eating becomes a habit.
