@Amitroghates Zh is the word that both Malayalam and Tamil Language Share. Except for the people in South India , Its somewhat difficult to pronounce.
Zh is ഴ in Malayalam. Just type this word in Google Translator and see whether you can comprehend it or not.

The End of the August. I am here after my last visit since July 9 to declare that I am on a track to defeat myself in next 6 days. Currently on Day 71. Last highest was 76. I am gonna hit it and go beyond it to the infinity.

Day 76. On this streak, I fell on Feb 14 to PMO. Now I am on the same line but the path towards the no fap is still visible to me, to an infinite distance. Now the real journey to the infinity starts. I can do it. And I know everyone here is potential to do this. Let’s make it.

Day 90. First time in my lifetime achieving the 90 days streak. I am so happy to share this with you guys. It’s not just done by myself alone. It has your contributions too. To everybody who motivated me when I was down. To everybody who shared their experiences here and make me understand it is not impossible. To everybody here. Thank you guys. I hope 90 days is not the end to anyone. It is a journey to the infinity. I hope everyone can do this. All the best guys. Let’s do this

Hey guys. It’s been a year I have joined this app. Actually the community. So, in all these 365 days, now I manage to reach 100 days today. It’s really very special and I have to be more careful than before. In this span of time, I have seen a lot of people here motivating one another, conducting challenges to make everyone compete not against others but with themselves, making journals to tell others about their successes and mistakes etc… So I feel gratitude to everyone of you here. Without you guys I may not stand on my 100th day. So, I saw many people fall in this span of time.
To all of them who fell and who are still going, It will definitely be hard. But it is not impossible. The first step is only hard. Others will be as easy as you walk them like normal steps. So never lose your confidence and yourself.

Hey guys. This is Rajameghanan. I am so humiliated and sad to declare you that I have fallen today. 31st December 2023, morning 4 am to pmo. The reason for my fall is kinda wierd thing.
In my 18 years of life, I slept alone yesterday on a bed for the 1st time. At 3 am, I made myself ejaculating without using my hands. Hope you understand it. That itself gave me pleasure. Later I decided it was also a kind of masturbation. After that I can’t sleep properly and ended up in pmo because of waves of thoughts.
I reached 192 days so far. But I fell. But it is okay.
Why do we fall? So that we can rise higher and higher. I hope this new year, 2024 will be my new life and witness my new achievements. In my journey of 192 days, a lot of you guys cheered me up, congratulated me, celebrated my achievements as yours. Now I declare, I will make it happen again.
