To avoid chaser effect , set small targets like 3 days or even 1 day. Achieve them and set big ones like 7 days. Once you reach 7+ days chances of falling into chaser effect are less @Abhishek_V

@Abhishek_V @Adioz , kindly fix your previous check in distance after the relapses . Reduce your days distance by half for three days after the relapse (Not to reduce your Total distance )
