Project Super Saiyan: Year of Discipline

Day 4 :white_check_mark:
Did a lot of reading and stayed productive today. Faced a strong urge in the afternoon, but I didn’t give in. Turned that energy into something useful.

I’m proud I finally got past Day 3 after struggling with it for a whole month. That was a huge boost.

Well done bro :flexed_biceps:. That is a good day. Every time PMO loses to you, through being defeated when it attacks you with an urge, or through you living the life that you want, it bleeds a little more.

Bleed it dry bro :right_facing_fist:. You have the strength to cut it to pieces!

Not watching ■■■■ is good bro. Never cross that line. Ever. But that relapse cuts deep I know.

By trying everything, are you (e.g.) working out, studying, commiting to real challenges? You will gain strength by exercising discipline and focus throughout your day.

To win a battle, you’ve got to train. Train your mind through difficult things bro. Train it to be as strong as anything :flexed_biceps:

Hey so my friend sent me ■■■■…and I just watched it, will it still count as a relapse or not?

It really depends on what your goal is. If you didn’t mean to watch it and it just happened, don’t be too hard on yourself. Just take it as a lesson, don’t overthink it, and keep moving forward.

Day 5✅
No social media
I had a lot of work today, so I couldn’t study much. I spent most of the free time on my phone instead of studying. I felt a little lazy.
The good thing is, I didn’t feel any urges, maybe staying occupied helped.

If it doesn’t help you heal, I would count it as a relapse.

Don’t be demoralized bro, you can take it as a lesson to think carefully before deciding to next time. I would ask that friend politely to not send you ■■■■ again.

You’ve got this man and we’ll do it with you  through strength!

Today i actually relapsed, and i asked that friend to not send me all that, I was really ashamed at first to tell him that I’m trying to stop all that but I finally said it

Is the challenge still open?
I’d like to be a super Saiyan.

It’s not a challenge, just something personal I’m working on. But you’re totally welcome to be part of it. Let’s push each other, stay strong, and beat this damn monster together.

You can do it bro, its all part if the process but i want you to be more determined and put in more effort you can do it

Thank you for the reception. It’s much appreciated.
Do we have like a progression or something like that?

Not a strict progression or rules, really. It’s more about staying consistent, being honest with ourselves, and supporting each other through the ups and downs.

I see. So the progressions depends on my individual goals to be achieved in one year. Is that right?

It’s all based on your own goals and what you want to achieve. Everyone’s journey is different, so you set the pace. For me, I’m focusing on one day at a time.

I get it. On my case I need a progression or a plane, otherwise I will diverge, as I noticed before on trying to implement a better routine.

I didn’t study, but I was out the whole day so I didn’t get many urges.
I’ll be traveling tomorrow too, so I’ll update then.

One full week done. After struggling for 6 months, it feels great to finally break through.
Barely had any urges today. No social media, didn’t study either since I was traveling.
Looking forward to getting back to my routine tomorrow.
