Suppose -
DAY 1 You have completed 3 habits and PMO free thrn the points will be 6 + (3) = 9 points
DAY 2 You have completed 4 main habits and PMO free then points will be 8 + (+3) = 11 points
DAY - 3 You have completed 4 main habits but relapsed then points will be - 8 + (-5) = 3 points
