And @BlackMagic123 I have realized that all these 10 habits are equally important to me for overall development, I can’t choose any 5, so is it fine of I award myself points according to these?

I followed 9/10 today and since 9 isn’t there in point system so 8 points today.

It’s not. Instead of 5 it’s 10 but I’ll give myself only even points.

damn messed up

Thank you @BlackMagic123! There was many things happening that I didn’t took care, and now I see that this is hindering me. I stopped doing exercises, so my energy was stagnated. I was feeling sluggish and sad. Went for a run yesterday and I feel better now .
