Had a nightmare yesterday, so I woke up before my alarm⦠That got me really tired during the day. Plus I was feeling kinda anxious and sad in the afternoon, donāt know why. But I think I got my routine fixed today letās go!

How long have you studied Japanese?
Honestly I am a beginner in Korean. Iāve startet a long time ago, so I probably forgot the easiest things again.
I am a little lost, I know how to reply to other people but I absolutely have no clue how to just create post without linking somebody else to it⦠Could somebody please give me instructions

Sadly I also relapsed today, but I think itās true that focusing on relapsing or not relapsing doesnāt help. Instead Iāll try to pursue healthy habits.

I āworkedā both turns yesterday but I procrastinated a bit so Iām just making one turn. Iām happy that I went sleep early and woke up earlier today

Trying to sleep 8 hours a day. Thatās why I war forced to sleep till 8 a.m.
